Went to work today.
Glad I did. Cos i realised that some people are not so bad after all.
This caller was damn rude to me bcos some a** at centrept gave him wrong info. as if my fault la.
Then I re-explained everything to him, and yet kena screamed by him cos apparently what I said was different from what the a** said to him.
So I asked him to go check out with her again and call us back.
In the end, he did call back.

To apologise for his attitude cos it was indeed the a**'s fault, not mine. :)
Good people still exist. haha.

There're a couple MANY shittified people at work.
Sometimes I feel like strangling them, sometimes, I feel like knocking them on their heads (literally) to hear if it's empty inside.
They are SO SO SO SO SO dumb and stubborn that I wanna send them to kindergarden to learn their MANNERS and 123s again. Sheesh.
Can they ever get off their high and mighty thrones and please do things right for once?
To my dear colleagues: let's jia you tgr!! beat them all!

btw, if any of you realised that ph has become a bitch, it's credits to those people. They're forcing me to show my mean side. I was such a gentle, nice, girl. sigh.

Aft work, it's to town to collect some documents.
Then home to watch gossip girls till now.
Exciting right? LOL.
Tomorrow's the same thing.
Then MONDAY = work again.
argh.
