I Miss School!

I smelt something fishy when two eating places of the same name seem to have nothing to do with each other.
Therefore, I, Private Investigator (P.I) pH, checked on them just now by calling both places (place A and B)
Place A just said, "oh we separated from the other one liao. Now we're on our own and has nothing to do with the other one."
However, I called the Place B and found out that the other (Place A) actually used their name without permission (duh).
And place B is now taking legal action! WOO! super cool. =X
This time P.I pH manage to find something juicy.
DAMN. I wanna be a journalist!! (for once)

I bet place B will succeed cos place A uses the exact name and it's selling exactly same stuffs as place A. and their customers (A.K.A me, kph) got confused which is which. HAHA. law rocks.
(Though I forgot ALL the correct/proper phrases to use and cases to refer to =x)
Think I shall go revise my law. (have Lots of time anyway -_-)
It can come in handy anytime anyday.
