pissed off

I am super pissed off.

Ok, here's the story.
Before my 2-year contract ended in july 07, I called singtel up multiple times, checking and double checking and triple checking with them to make sure that I would still be under students' plan if I extend my contract. I even went to Singtel's HELLO shop to check with them lor.

(Poor viv was the one who went with me alot of times.. i think. haha.)

Anyway, when I first called singtel, the lady told me that she cant confirm, as I have to wait till nearing the end of my plan, then she can confirm with me. I started calling them up after my birthday when my plan ends one month later. I know I'm super kiasu, but HEY. I AM PAYING MY OWN BILL OKAY.

So I just went to check and check again. thus the multiple calls. Plus it's my first time extending a hp plan and I want everything to be correct.
After that, every call that I made confirmed with me that I would still be under students' plan.
I was soooo relieved.. cos I thought that my 500 extra sms (singtel to singtel) and 20 free sms would be safe.

And then, I asked AGAIN when I went to purchase my nokia 6288 at TM Hello Shop. And I didnt ask once. no not twice either.. BUT THREE TIMES. and the lady assured me that I would still be under the same plan. (I think she was cursing me for asking the same question so many times =X)

Anyway, the point is, NONE OF THEM told me that if I continue the plan, I would not be able to enjoy the extra sms and mms.. because that privilege is only for new users + for the first 24mths only.

what different is there from the normal iOnePlus plan?

I know I know, you are probably going to say that I have the responsibility to check my contract. I know that too. haha. but why is it that none of them told me about it? Is it on purpose?

I guess I'm mostly angry with myself ba..
I am so stupid to trust them so much and not check my contract.
Mr ferlin will be so disappointed in me HAAA.

anyway, I nearly chewed the head off the singtel operator.
Could tell that he was scared of me. lala.


Initially, I wanted to change my plan to starhub's and have my sissy sign up for me (student plan). I should have just go ahead with that. argh.
